An independent microbrewery established in 2015 in Nicosia Cyprus. Originally opened and worked for 5 years as a brewpub in the heart of old town. By moving to new facilities the focus stayed on the production of quality craft beers which could be enjoyed fresh and unspoiled all around the island.
Pivo microbrewery is giving emphasis to the sensitivity and "healthiness" of craft beer so that it can emerge the advantages of non-filtration & non-pasteurization. PivoColdchain system guarantees the cold conditions of distribution, storage and serving and that Pivo beers never warmed up.

That simply beer is not just an extra chilled yellow sparkling beverage with boring taste. We can do much much better than that. We definitely deserve more quality beer than that.
