Fuck knows where or when I bought this. Back of the fridge job. Probably the Beer Musketeer though. Fancied something other than supermarket specials, although they’re on the cards. This: oily pour, stouty with a subtle custardy streak. Not bad.

Quite a complex beer, barrel age sour hits first then it mellows to oaky, smokey. There is a quick blip of a ripe blueberry in all its natural sweetness before going back to funky chocolate or something. Glad I tried this!
