La Binchoise is a beer that requires to be served differently from other beers. Here are a few pieces of advice that should help you serve it perfectly!
To begin, leave the glass standing straight up on the table and place the bottle at a 90° angle above the glass. Pour the beer slowly.
Towards the end, lift the bottle up in order to make the beer foam, and leave a few centimetres of beer in the bottle.
Cheers! Once you have drunk 3/4 of the glass, pour the rest of the bottle the same way.
