Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA). This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest. A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness. A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma. The combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus give Head High a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine. Our house American ale yeast ferments to a dry finish that accentuates the use of imported Pilsner and lightly kilned crystal malt resulting in Head High’s straw color and crisp flavor. Read Less

Overhead is an American-style Imperial IPA. This beer is loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. It’s bittered with a gigantic charge of Columbus and Simcoe early in the kettle that is followed by several rounds of late kettle and whirlpool hops using Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. In the end, Overhead is brewed with over 5 pounds of hops per barrel which includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Although we brew Overhead with the same imported Pilsner and light crystal malts as Head High and ferment it with our house ale strain to produce a dry crisp finish, this blend of different hops creates an entirely new experience all its own. Drift Line was designed to bring an extra dimension to a standard American-style Brown Ale. Starting with a base of imported Pilsner malt, we add several English crystal and chocolate malts to develop some of our favorite flavors reminiscent of an oatmeal stout, but left out the roasted malts to keep it a Brown. Toasted oats add body and smoothness, while our house ale yeast ferments to a clean dry finish. We balance the complex malts with just enough hops to keep it form getting too sweet. Drift Line is perfect for when the long days of summer turn to the shorter, colder days of early Autumn here on the coast. Read Less

A 8.2% Mosaic-heavy Imperial IPA. Wind Swell was brewed with a blend of two-row and golden promise base malt, wheat, oats, and a small amount of light crystal malts. It was hopped with Citra Cryo in the whirlpool, and dry-hopped with large doses of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. For this batch we added a small amount of Sabro to the dry hop to help round out the finish, bring in notes of coconut and accentuate the stone fruit flavor in this beer. Read Less
