Look: dark brown to black, good carbonation level.
Nose: lots of hop aroma from Centennial (Flowers and Citrus), Chinook (grapefruit and piney) and Tomahawk (resiny).
Taste: Light to Medium Malt body, very light roast aroma, hop aroma and bitterness balanced. Read Less

Nose: lots of hop aroma from Centennial (Flowers and Citrus) and Mosaic (Tropical, earthy and piney).

Mal eine frische Idee von Roman für unseren gemeinsamen Brautag, ein besonderes Ginger Ale zu brauen. Das Ziel, es soll kräftig nach Ingwer riechen und schmecken, wurde, soweit der Vordegustation zu beurteilen, vollkommen erreicht. Verfeinert mit weiteren Zutaten wie Blütenhonig und Limettensaft und Schale. Der Hopfen spielt in diesem Bier nur eine Nebenrolle, anstelle wurde mit knapp 700g Ingwer in verschiedenen Qualitäten für eine Woche gestopft. Das Ingwer Aroma war betörend, und die Limette kommt sehr gut dazu. Schon bald kann es probiert werden. Ach ja, es hat ein bisschen Alohol drin, so 6.3% sollte reichen? Gerade das richtige zur Übergangszeit Herbst, Cheers! Read Less

Ja da staunt ihr! Mal ein Weizenbier das nicht nach Nelken oder Banane riecht. Denn hier hats viel Zitrusaromen drin, das machen unsere beiden Hopfenhelfer Amarillo und Citra. Das Bier wird am hB Bierfest am Zapfhahn sein. Ein Weizenbier nach amerikanischem Stil, mit Whirlpool Hopfen und Kaltgestopft. Natürlich auch ein wenig Bitterer wie sein Deutscher Kollege. Cheers!
