Rocket Science is a true-to-style American IPA inspired by the quest for harmony. We longed for an IPA that exuded confidence in its restraint, that paired well with any meal, and that wouldn’t destroy your palate. We found equilibrium in the optimal balance of sweet malts and bitter hops, an IPA both refreshing and refined.

A touch of haze. A ton of tropical hops. And just the right amount of bitterness to even it all out. Humidity is a bright and juicy Hazy without the thick mouthfeel of most new-world hazies -- a reliable "always in the fridge" Hazy.

If you liked Humidity as a pale ale, we think you'll love it as a 6.5% Hazy. We eliminated the triticale (wheat/rye hybrid), which added a rustic quality to the beer, and shifted hops from piney to tropical. With these slight changes, the name and the flavor profile align perfectly for the season: bright, sunny, tropical.

Since 2009, Screens ‘n’ Suds unites the art of beer and screen printing to raise money for charity. Fullsteam is proud to join their mission with Rabbit Eye, our contribution to their fourth-annual Small Batch Series. This labor of love is a collaboration between our brewers and local artist Ashley Phipps. Named for a variety of Southern blueberry, Rabbit Eye is a hop-forward rye IPA brewed with N.C. rye, N.C. blueberries, and a yeast typically used in wild-like fermentation. This is no ordinary fruit beer.

Brewer's Notes: Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, blueberry, melon, and faint hints of bread crust and spice from the rye. The subtle tart and fruit character of the unique yeast amplify the character of the hops and blueberries. Read Less
