Untappd Virtual Festival: European Edition

We recommend checking out Beer Merchants website (beermerchants.com). If you cannot find the beer you are looking for there, you can use the Untappd app to find where the beer is available near your location. Search for the beer, then click “Find It”.

Every day the festival page is live, you are welcome to explore the brewery tents, watch programming on the second stage, and click around on the festival map. For the live stream tastings, we’ll be tasting the following beers, in the following order, on the following days

Sunday, 29 November

Please note that refunds are only available for people who purchased their tickets on or prior to the postponement announcement on the 2nd of November 1pm GMT / 2pm CET. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

In order to receive a full refund, the entire order will be cancelled, including beer included in the original order that is not associated with the festival. Please contact [email protected] or call 01622 710 339 Option 3 with your order number and request for refund. The order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

No, we are not able to issue partial refunds. The festival website and all of the pre-recorded and live stream content will be available immediately following the festival weekend, so folks who were not able to join us live can watch and drink along at their own pace. BeerMerchants is still able to ship you the beer and you can enjoy the full festival experience whenever you are available to do so.

Untappd Virtual Festival is a two-day, two session celebration of Untappd’s Community of beer drinkers, breweries, and venues created for the European Community. Try some beers delivered directly to your door with our Founder, Greg Avola and panelists of brewmasters to guide you through tastings. 

If you selected the "Hop Hugger" or "Sunday Funday" package, you'll receive 5 beers. If you selected "Bottoms Up" you'll receive a combination of both 5-packages, which is a 10-pack of craft beers ranging in size from 12oz - 16oz. Each case is built to provide sampling for 2-3 people.

No, all ticket sales will conclude 19th November if shipping outside of UK mainland so we can ensure all packages make it to their destination in advance of the festival. However, the ticket deadline for UK mainland residents has been extended to 24th November.

Beer Packages will begin to ship the week of November 9th depending on the country ordered from and be received no later than November 27th. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
