As a small craft brewery sourcing the hops we want is becoming increasingly difficult. The last thing we wanted to do was to launch an IPA only to have to alter the hop profile as the hops we love become scarce. So we realized we needed to adapt to the market and embrace the scarcity of some popular hops. Adaptation IPA is an evolving hop IPA where our brewers will use the very best and freshest hops we can get our hands on for every brew. The malt profile, ABV, and IBUs will remain the same with every batch but the hop profile will change and we're ok with that. Version 001 uses Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic hops. It's bursting with tropical aromas and flavors of mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Read Less
