Back in 1994, not many people were drinking Northwest IPAs. Dang ... there wasn't even a NW IPA trend. Bob Maphet and Brian Sollenberger liked the hops and they chose to open Diamond Knot Brewing with what we consider a Northwest IPA and Hefeweizen.
Well, unbeknownst to them, they started a trend.
Diamond Knot Craft Brewing started with two Boeing guys in a 300-square-foot brewery. Today there are three breweries, two very successful brewpubs and a bustling taproom. Distribution is nationwide, as well as in British Columbia and sometimes Japan. We brew five seasonals and 10 mainstay beers, as well as dozens of rotating releases, casks and barrel-aged beers.
Diamond Knot brews in Mukilteo and Mountlake Terrace, WA, and is proud to call Snohomish County home. It is the longest-running, independently owned brewery in the county. Show Less
