When the Mountain meets the Creek!

This Trans-Tasman collab is all thanks to Carwyn Cellars, Beer Jerk and finally being able to travel internationally, restriction-free! For this brew, we used the same malts and hops as our mates at Deep Creek (Galaxy to represent Oz and Waimea to represent NZ) but then added something unique to each of our own backyards. For Australia, we chose desert lime to add a zesty kick to a Hazy IPA.

We were stoked with the chance to brew something unique with these guys. All Aussie malts, all Kiwi hops but with the spirit of the ANZACs and a few tongues in deep cheeks, it melds the best of both worlds.

The Ultimate Atmosphere!

Dry hopped early with experimental hop hort 4337 to give this Hazy Pale a low bitterness, subtle stone fruit flavours and a good hit of citrus rind. Finished with a second dry hop of Riwaka and Rakau for a slight diesel and herbaceous note that’s usually associated with NZ Hops.
