This brew took out the Trophy for Best International Lager in 2019 at the Australian International
Beer Awards! Our NZ pilsner is derived from the traditional Czech style. Brewed with pilsner malt and cold-fermented with lager yeast; but that's where the tradition ends.

We use all New Zealand hops and put most of them late in the brew to promote more hop flavour and aroma than you would expect from a traditional pilsner.
