Our first lager, made with the same passion and creativity that we put into our ales at the start of our journey. Using Saaz hops and Czech pilsner yeast and malt, we ferment for 2 weeks before ‘lagering’ for a further 6 weeks. The result is a refreshing, full flavoured pilsner lager with a balanced, rounded taste.

CANBERRA is a rich chestnut coloured beer to help make the Autumn and Winter evenings a little less gloomy. It is brewed with a balance of dark malts including Imperial, Chocolate, Dark Aromatic, and both Light and Dark Crystal malts.

To recognise the link with both Australia and Canada, and to complete the tour of Commonwealth countries associated with this series of beers, we have used ingredients from both New World continents. Brew 882, Seattle Porter will be a classic porter full of roast malt flavours and dark fruit notes with an ABV of 4.8%. Adam, a former pupil of The Windsor Boys' School and head brewer at Rueben's Brews, along with his team are also brewing the Porter in Seattle, where it'll be known as Ottrey Porter.
