Ironwood Brewing Co.

Opened on Aug. 16th, 2013, the first thing you'll notice about this unique brewery location is that it used to be a house, which has since been renovated to offer a tap room in the former living room. There is also a new deck outside the front entrance for the warmer weather. Owner and brewer Barb Kehe is a Valparaiso University graduate and started brewing as a hobby in the early 1980s and did it professionally at other breweries prior to opening Ironwood. She is currently offering four beers on tap with plans to eventually add two more. While the 6 beers will change, she intends to keep a wheat ale on tap at all times. She also plans to introduce a Russian Imperial Stout that she's very excited about. Kehe hopes to soon have her beer available in restaurants around town. Show Less
