At nearly four years, the brett is very pronounced. Lot’s of funk coming through.
This one I brewed while we lived in the flat, so at least 12 years old. Still clean, so my sanitation routine holds. Unsurprisingly it is oxidised. Charitable view is sherry, but could also be described as old fermented blacckurrant juice🤓 Too old!
