Glad I had a bottle of this to bring! A great dark saison, a little carb-heavy now, but dark, a bit of roast and sweet and tart along with a bright base. Hope to see way more from here in the future!

My first experience with a “saison brun” - kind of a combo saison/brown ale. Huge carbonation, soft, fluffy body, nice cola malt sweetness with honey, then a bit sour, and some orange and pear at the end. Beautiful finish, too. So impressive.

The brewery’s description of this beer is stellar. A much worse one: delicate and balanced mixed culture saison w/ lavender smoked malt. Effervescent and bubbly, light, honey, very subtle smoke, floral, lime, sparkly minerality. A treat.

Saison with buckwheat, rye, barley and oats. Herbaceous, fruity, peach, white pepper, jasmine and strawberry. Everything I’ve had from Keeping Together has been great, and a T.S. Eliot reference is just icing on the cake. Exquisite.
