Seven trips to Germany over forty years have instilled in us a true appreciation for that nations lagers and ales which are famous for their minimalist approach in brewing crisp and clean beers. At Brauwerk Hoffman we honour this craftmanship and brew several German styles within each of their respective style guidelines. As such we pride ourselves in brewing beers without the use of adjuncts and utilizing only the minimal four ingredients of water, yeast, hops and malted grain. Show Less
