Cracking the can in 2023 (on a 2018 beer), it popped like a firecracker. Your ears were NOT expecting that. It smells exactly like you think it would: dates, raisins, soy sauce. And yowaz, it’s still sour after all these years, for sure. Nothing mellowed.
