Eyeball Brewing Ltd.

Eyeball Brewing is a microbrewery based on the East Lothian coast of Scotland. Launched in 2016 by owner James Dempsey, our mission is to do something different with lager! As a style of beer, lager offers so many possibilities for creating new and interesting flavours, but so far these possibilities have hardly been explored. We want to put this right. We think that one of the strengths of lager is its ability to showcase the diverse and wonderful flavours that different malts bring to beer.
