(There was a lot more in my glass) Cheers Conor B. I like this a lot! Kingston Black is right up there amongst traditional cider apples. Filtered clear copper, delicate carbonation, sweet on the front palette, then very tannic. Good.

Crisp start, crunchy fruit with an oaky medium dry fruity feel, tannic presence works in tandem with a cutting acidity, building somewhat throughout the glass before settling to a fuzzy linger. Lovely refreshing cider.
