Amazing smell. Unexpectedly heavy body. Very winey at this point-- the sulfites probably haven't settled out. And wow, so much boozahol.

Way more mellow after a couple weeks. Like a low-key, flowery hefe with a strong cereal and honey taste. Finish is all lavender. Nice.
