Bow and Arrow Brewing (Albuquerque, NM) Crowns & Hops (Inglewood, CA) and Queer Brewing (London, UK). These breweries are doing enormous work to represent and reach out to their own underrepresented communities, bringing more people to the craft beer party! Our Southwest lager collab with our close friends @bowandarrowbrewing and @outerrangebrewingco. For this brew, each of us brought an ingredient sourced from our respective corner; milled blue corn from Albuquerque, Chinook hops from @billygoathopfarm in Colorado, and @sinaguamalt 2-row barley from here in the Verde Valley. Aromas of earthy citrus with floral notes from our house lager yeast, crisp and refreshing malt flavors balanced by freshly milled raw corn notes, and a hint of nuttiness on the finish. Read Less
