NFL Week 10 In Review meets Untappd Data
We can't officially advance to Week 11 until we get the Week 10 review through the Untappd lens! A familiar city took the crown again for most check-ins, while a team in the AFC North became the first stadium this NFL season to lead three separate weeks in check-ins! Also, we feature some game day check-ins from the Untappd community at the end, so be sure to check out how your check-in can potentially be featured in next week's review.
Each week, we'll take a look at the previous week of games, and take a look at the intersection of Untappd check-ins and data and NFL teams, cities and stadiums! Whether your team wins or loses, join in on the fun!
Thursday Night Recap
Coming off being the top stadium, in terms of check-ins, in Week 9, the Titans dropped an AFC South showdown at home to the Indianapolis Colts 34-17. In typical Thursday fashion, the winner of the game was not the winner in the Untappd realm, as Nashville logged more check-ins than Indianapolis on Thursday night.
Ben Wagonfield is drinking a Homestyle by Bearded Iris Brewing at Nissan Stadium
Great view, great beer and leveling up the Drinking Socially badge on game night? What a Thursday, unless you are a Titans fan, then, well, not so much.
Top City
Well, New York takes the cake again, and it was one of the better weekends for fans of the Jets and Giants, considering the two teams combined for a 1-0 record! With the Jets not playing, they couldn't lose in Week 10, and the Giants secured a divisional win over Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Rather than talk about New York again, it's worth noting that New Orleans saw 30 percent more check-ins in Week 10 compared to Week 9. Was that because of a big matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, or maybe because Drew Brees is now going to miss a few weeks? Ask Tampa Bay fans, perhaps with Jameis Winston under center, you may find yourself reaching for another brew!. Lately, an IPA from Gnarly Barley Brewing and an IPA from Urban South Brewery have been fan, and city, favorites.
Top Stadium
For the third time this year, FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio takes the cake with the most check-ins at the stadium! The Houston Texans were in town, and so was a bunch of wind and rain. The game was delayed due to the storms in the area, which also delayed the excitement of the game, since it was a rather boring contest.

Earned the Veterans Day (2020) badge!Basic. That's probably what Cleveland thought of Houston's defense. Also, love the gloves!
Kyle S. is drinking a 2020 Muni by Platform Beer Company at FirstEnergy Stadium
Hail and lightning at my first game in the Dawg Pound. Thanks Matt!
What an experience for a first game at the stadium! Platform Beer Co. teamed up with the Browns for this beer, and named it after the tailgating lot near the stadium. The trio of a Cleveland win, unforgettable experience and good beer make this first trip to the Dawg Pound a success!
dale sybo is drinking an IPA by Masthead Brewing Company at FirstEnergy Stadium
Purchased at FirstEnergy Stadium
Earned the Photogenic Brew (Level 73) badge!Masthead is a Cleveland staple and personally, I've had one of my favorite beers ever at their brewery! Also, having a beer as good as your view for a game is a dream on Sunday afternoon.
Lastly, compared to Week 9, in a 10 mile radius around the stadium, check-ins were up 19 percent in Week 10!
Monday Night Recap
In an NFC North clash, Kirk Cousins and the Vikings went to Chicago and beat Nick Foles and the Bears 19-13. Chicago logged more check-ins than Minnesota, and if I had to guess, the majority were consumed when Chicago was on offense, considering how tough the offense has been to watch this season. Is that true? Who knows, but it's a good theory!
Your Check-Ins

Just because your team is on bye doesn't mean you can't join in on the fun!
Aron Sandberg is drinking a Nunnornas IPA by Nättraby Kvartersbryggeri at Untappd at Home
Let's go Saints! Smells very fruity, hoppy, rich, hint of bitterness. Tastes hoppy, fruity and rather dry, bitter, body is a tad bit on the thin side. Good proper IPA
Purchased at Systembolaget
Aron has an awesome set up here and between multiple beers and a big win, it was one heck of a Sunday! The only negative I can see here is the unfortunate injury to Drew Brees.
