I thought strawberry, but it's raspberry (as they generally have a specific acidity which is not so prominent here). Maybe the verbena is toning it down a bit. Excellently balanced sour beer!

I like that they use the word rustic! Indeed a malty backbone, some caramel, vegetal bitterness and I think some typical oxidative notes from the wild beer. Quite nice
