This is the most elaborate and ambitious version of Noa Pecan Mud Cake. We love to barrel age beers on bourbon, so when we found freshly emptied Four Roses bourbon barrels we grabbed them as quickly as we could. Barrel character of sweet vanilla, long boil marmalade and a touch of alcohol heat goes really well with the richness in our Noa Pecan Mud Cake base beer. We bumped this beer further with some coconut to further round it out. Drink fresh or hold on to this bottle for a special occasion in a not too distant future. Read Less

Buffalo Trace Experimental Rye B.A. Imperial Stout 16 Months

On this beer we had the immense pleasure of working with two of the absolute best—3 sons brewing out of Florida and Bottle Logic out of California.

Andromeda is big, bold, thick and saturated with toasted coconut and wheat/rye whiskey. We love it dearly. It took almost two years to make and after soaking up all the Buffalo Trace Experimental Wheated Rye Whiskey in the wet barrels we hunted down, it has reached 15 alcohol by volume.

Poured into a tulip this beer moves slow. Hard pour for deep dark foam that dissipates quickly into spirit whiff and deep fudgy coconut. Savor like a praline. Read Less

Diabolus in cervisia, the devil’s lubricant, the morning star of hazy imperial india pale ales. This beerhemoth has many names but we choose to call it by it’s one true name: Abbath. This triple dry-hopped trve kvlt 10% ABV triple IPA is one hell of a juicy abomination. Hopped with a cursed lot of Citra in the cauldron and then dry-hopped with Vic Secret, Galaxy, BRU-1 and some extra Citra Cryo for good measure. Limited amount of cans (sorry, brewed with melted snow from Blashyrkh) and only available @glasbanken. Horns up! D.T.P!

Our first BA stout from the church going into bottles. A labour of love and my favorite Omnipollo stout to date. This massive beer started its journey in Richmond over four years ago at THE VEIL. We brewed a huge imperial stout that spent years going between Laird’s apple brandy barrels, BLiS maple syrup barrels and various bourbon barrels. Last year our BFF Matt Tarpey (The Veil) joined us at the church to brew another huge imperial stout. This was then blended with the BA Richmond brewed stout in 50/50 proportion and transferred into Buffalo Trace bourbon, Laird's apple brandy barrels and BLiS maple syrup barrels here at the church for another 16 months. Finishing treatment on toast/raw coconut and Ugandan vanilla beans for 3 months. Read Less

A luxurious vanilla stout aged for 36 months on heavenly bourbon barrels with added vanilla and single origin cocoa nibs from the Dominican Republic. Mmmm!

We took our beer, Very Vanilla, an outrageously huge imperial stout from our Mega-series. A beer packed with a complex combo of all the dark malts you love, giving a chocolaty, sweet, fruity, and slightly roasted aroma and taste. A beer with luxurious amounts of Madagascar vanilla, adding layers of sensations to this candy for grown-ups. Then, we let that beer age in freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. For 36 months!

After emptying the beer from the barrels, we added even more vanilla, and we let it sit on newly roasted and grounded Standout Chocolate Dominican Republic single-origin cocoa nibs. Oh, those lovely nibs!

The result? This is our most exclusive, elaborate, and excessive beer to date. Liquid chocolate for all your saucy needs. A beverage for all the senses, one delicate sip at a time. This truly is Lyx in every meaning of the word. Luxury! Read Less
