This is a combination of two Imperial Stouts, carefully matured in our Barrel Room. We combined Imperial Stout, aged for over 2 years in Buffalo Trace Pastry barrels, with Double Mash Imperial Stout, which spent almost a year in a Jim Beam and Wild Turkey barrels. In this version you will find intense notes of dark dessert chocolate and coffee, obtained by infusing the beer with coffee beans (Salvador Apaneca variety) and cocoa beans (Sao Tome). The whole thing was perfectly complemented with maple syrup, enhancing the caramel and dessert flavors, creating an unforgettable symphony of flavors.

Długo planowaliśmy to piwo. Oj długo. Już w momencie tworzenia konceptu Buzdygana Rozkoszy był plan na jego imperialną wersję. I w końcu ją mamy! 30 plato i sporo czasu w beczkach po Jacku Daniel'sie! Czy w środku butelki rzeczywiście kryje się coś ekstra? Czy ta etykieta słusznie zapowiada coś wyjątkowego? TAK! Jest słodko, gęsto, czekoladowo, kawowo i mega kokosowo! Pamiętacie, że pierwszą warkę opisywaliśmy jako Bounty w płynie. To był błąd. Dopiero Buzdygan Turborozkoszy zasługuje na to określenie. Tylko zamiast mlecznej czekolady, mamy tę lepszą - gorzką, deserową. A beczka po Jacku nadaje temu wszystkiemu szlachetności. To piwo, które godne jest miana TURBO! Read Less

The beer was created in cooperation with 3Sons brewery. What can you expect from it? Certainly a high extract, as high as 35 Plato! But also a whole range of specialty malts: chocolate, roasted and caramel. During the brewing process we added cocoa beans and lactose to turn up the dessert flavors more. After fermentation, the beer went into Bourbon barrels for a period of 18 months! Then after lagering, we infused it with tonka beans, roasted pecans and cocoa beans.

Piwo powstało we współpracy z browarem 3Sons. Czego możecie się po nim spodziewać? Na pewno wysokiego ekstraktu, bo aż 35 Plato! Ale także całej gamy słodów specjalnych: czekoladowych, palonych i karmelowych. Podczas procesu warzenia dodaliśmy ziaren kakaowca oraz laktozy, aby bardziej podkręcić deserowe smaki. Po fermentacji piwo trafiło do beczek po Bourbonie na okres 18 miesięcy! Następnie po leżakowaniu infuzowaliśmy je fasolą tonka, prażonymi orzechami pecan i ziarnami kakaowca. Read Less

This beer is a blend of imperial stouts, one of which was aged for 16 months in ex-Wild Turkey casks, while the other spent 7 months in ex-Heaven Hill casks. The combination of these beers resulted in a balanced whole with noble alcohol, coconut and wood. The beer was prepared for the Beer Geek Madness festival, and with the idea of this festival, the beer was supplemented with additives that resemble the well-known "Delicje" in taste and aroma.

To piwo to blend imperialnych stoutów, jeden z nich był leżakowany przez 16 miesięcy w beczkach po Wild Turkey, natomiast drugi w beczce po Heaven Hill spędził 7 miesięcy. Z połączenia tych piw dostaliśmy zbalansowaną całość ze szlachetnym alkoholem, kokosem oraz drewnem. Piwo zostało przygotowane na festiwal Beer Geek Madness, a z ideą tego festiwalu piwo zostało uzupełnione dodatkami, które w smaku i aromacie przypominają znane "Delicje". Read Less

Nasze piwo ma 26% ekstraktu, a drożdże odfermentowały je do 11% alkoholu. Piwo jest czarne, nieprzejrzyste, z beżową drobnopęcherzykową pianą.
