This is a close to our region Baltic porter, which we decided to spice up by ageing it with French oak bark. Our interpretation of this style – black and opaque beer with caramel colored beer head. Rich chocolate flavor with vanilla oak aroma notes, which is dominated by dried plums, raisins and little liquorice with dark bitter chocolate aftertaste. Though 7,2 ABV to this style is not much, we tried so that this beer with its intense flavor would not be less intense and rich then its family.
Goes well with: American BBQ, roasted game steaks, chilly stew, long aged cheese and chocolate desserts. Read Less

“31” is the beer that we have dedicated to the 31st Anniversary of the Restoration of Lithuania’s Independence. By nurturing this beer, we want to convey the atmosphere that was out there during the first year of our Freedom.
There was this breeze and this crisp freshness of the Freedom Reborn, there was this overwhelming breathtaking experience in the air. This feel is passed upon by the presence of fragrant birch buds and its young spring leaves - the Herald of the Spring, pampered with earthy flowery hops, characterized by their subtle bitterness. We brewed this beer with Lager yeast and we have fermented it in a way that we would attribute to as a particular method of beer brewing by local crafters typical to that period. Given this authentic method of fermentation, we have decided to bestow upon this beer the name of the Lithuanian Lager style.

May we present You our new beer brewed together with Courage Brewery from Russia and Midnight Project from Belarus!
3 IN 1 IPA – A modern American IPA with a white long lasting foam top and hazy golden body, which nowadays is popular among Australian craft world. The first thing that comes trough are strong citrus fruits like lemon, orange, grapefruit and lime aroma. For this we used only the kind of hops grown in the US.
The taste is fully balanced with a bit of salty notes later leaving a slight bitter aftertaste.
Although the 6,6% alk. label looks high, You will feel that it is easy drinkable and is really refreshing. We recommend cooling it down to 7-10 °C.

Our Brut Ipa has quite dry mouthfeel and light body, but it`s relatively
high in abv.
Texture and flavor is wine`ish dry, aroma reminds even champagne notes,
specially for this we used saccharomyces bayanus yeast strain.
We used Pilsen and wheat malts also some flaked rice to achieve not
complexed maltiness and some haziness.
Dry hopped two times in different temperatures and stages with Huell
melon, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo, total 10g/l.
From hops you can feel some tropical fruit, grapes` and melon flavor

We think it is the taste of the drink that the men from amber land were used to drink from horns.
