Gamba De Legn

American IPA caratterizzata da una decisa luppolatura accompagnata da sentori affumicati. Il risultato è una birra complessa, in equilibrio tra fragranze dolci e affumicate seguite da delicate sensazioni tanniche conferite da un affinamento con chips di legno. Il termine “Gamba di legno” (in lombardo “Gamba de legn”) veniva utilizzato nel milanese fra la fine dell’Ottocento e la metà del Novecento per indicare le locomotive a vapore.

An American IPA characterised by a clear hoppiness, accompanied by smojky notes. The result is a complex beer offering a balance of sweet, smoky fragrances followed by the delicate tannic sensations provided by a finish with oak chips. Between the end of the 19th Century and the middle of the 20th Century, Milanese people used the term “Gamba di legno” (in Lombard “Gamba de legn”, in English "Wooden leg") to refer to steam locomotives.
