Much more like a Dunkle than I would expect from a beer called a “rustic saison.” Sweet caramel malt flavours dominate. Nice enough. Very mild tart fruity flavours appear at the end.

This one is strange, pours a murky copper, head fades a bit quickly, not too much on the nose but a touch of grain, palate has a slight citric twang at first which I take to be the spelt, that goes away and it’s crisp with green apple and subtle malt
