Aged tremendously well. A little hot at first, but so much beautiful oxidation started coming out immediately. Salted dark chocolate, super mellow whiskey, a surprising amount of dried fruit, specifically school snack raisins.

Wow! Very complex bourbon barrel aged stout with 18,3% abv, from 2011. You can taste it's 12 years old. It has aged perfectly. Boozy, bourbon, coffee, chocolate, leather, wood, molasse.
