There is so much going on in this beer. The front is a nice dry, tame, lightly spiced barrel aged ale- at the end you are hit with a face full of tart apple juice and then a pleasant lingering wild ale dankness aftertaste. This is a wild ride

Released Dec 2014, sour spiced apple. Like every Paradox it's pucker level 5/5 and especially these older ones lack nuance. Gently funky. It's very clear how much this brewery has grown in skill since this bottle was made (2963/4320)
