2016-12-24, so 2 1/2 years, aged in perfect conditions. Same small head, the smoke is still present. Some note of maderisation, the smoke and the wood taste is more blended. Carbonation is still at a nice level. Aging no more than 3 years.

2014-05-28, 660ml bottle, pour unclear copper with small head. Smell smoked barley but also marinaded meat !!! Yes I know !!! Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation and long finish. Well balance beer, actually a very good one.
