American pale ale hopped with centnnial from myrtle meadows hop farm 사랑의 허브라는 ‘머틀’의 이름이 붙은 bc북쪽 지역의 홉농장의 센테니얼(100= 10*10) 홉을 사용함. (*Earthy 하고 floral한 산미가 특징인 홉). 전반적으로 뭔가 밍밍하다 싶지만, 겨우내 땅속에서 응축한 뿌리같은 맛이 느껴지는듯.
