这款酒极大改变了我对三泉酒厂的看法。恰当的霉菌气味不会散发水果腐败的臭，反而烘托出一种森林木屋的氛围，把人带回自然发酵的厂房。霉菌的味道很复杂，像潮湿木头、蘑菇、水煮笋、茭白，还有一抹酱香能勾起人对鲜味的感知。 水果香气中有橘子果酱的甜美和柠檬的清新。搭配坚果和香肠非常合适。
