Strawberry Saison

Saison month starts off with a new approach for us. The Strawberry Saison is a fruited Saison made with a healthy amount of freshly harvested Agriberry strawberries, located right down the road in Ashland Virginia. Our brewers borrowed a method of fermentation from winemaking to increase the flavor and color from the strawberries. After that process the fruit was then combined with a Saison base and fermented dry.


The result is a crisp, light Saison packed with a strong aroma of juicy fresh strawberries and gentle Saison spice. Show Less
