This one is a year old. It's mellowed out and not so boozy. Nice Caramel notes, fig, and sweet. It's smooth and slightly thick. Very tasty. By 3 sons brewing.

Massive amounts of possible pellicle and debris at the bottom of the bottle. Still has a nice flavor to it but a touch of rubbing alcohol. May have gotten a slightly infected bottle . These things can happen so I don’t want to give an awful rating.
