Less maple as it ages, but is still a little sweet. Pecans are more earthy. Still has a big roasted malt character. Getting bitter as warms up 😑

Coffee on the nose, light maple. Drinks of rich chocolate and malt, bitter cocoa, vanilla and a kick of maple and pecan at the end. Good but expect dessert over pancakes, thankfully has enough bitter chocolate it doesn't come off as a pastry stout
