This has been mellowing in the back-of-the-fridge cellar for too long to calculate. Anyway, it poured a perefect thick haze and robust white head. Fruity aroma. Sourness was mild, tropical fruits still apparent a la NEIPA style. Very, very lactose sweet.

Lashes of passionfruit and mango. Lactose is present, but this isn’t sickly sweet. Vanilla takes a bit of a back seat. Clearly a sour drop, but not overly. Leave this one in the glass for a short while so it can open up before you drink it.
