Nottingham is one of my favourite yeast varieties and I love the effect it has on this dry but still fruity cider. A perfect one for sour beer lovers, Geuze style cider. And still ten more Kertelteiter ciders to go with some barrel aged ones. Amazing

Nov 2020. Aroma of dry apple fruit, winter orchard. Taste presents a natural wild feel, dry apple fruit, dandelion with a gentle acidity. Ok.
