Tastes like a barrel aged Belgian sour. The sourness is soft and subtle. Neither the sour nor barrel age is fighting for dominance. This is a tough style to do well. Usually don't go in for a Belgian strong sour ale but this is good.

好き。とっても美味しい。Barrel AgedなんだけどBarrel Aged感は強すぎず、ただ味はとてもしっかりしているので、料理と合わせてもビールの味がしっかり負けない。香りもとっても良い。料理に合わせて飲むのが良いビールな気がします。
