First beer in the beer chair in 2021. Perfect way to start. Light, refreshing, tart. And there is the astringency of the wine barrel aging.very cloudy. Possibly bottle conditioned. Lots of sediment (not that I mind). Oh, and Jimmy Buffett playing.......

White wine for sure with that signature AT flavor. This one was a bit odd in that there was an incredible amount of sediment. This was the first pour and Dani’s looked more like a hazy IPA
