Beautiful Wild. Nice aging. Still tart and acidic. Stone fruits, peaches. Totally classy yet rustic. Cereal core. Rye spiciness. Aggressive. Woody, oakey. Vinous. Lil' sweetness. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, low carb, almost flat. Tasty, delicious.

Weird, this is way less oxidized than the bottle I had five years ago. Still resembles the beer I loved way back when. Some oxy is creeping in so it’s gone down a bit but still quite alright.
