ITA: La genesi di questa nuova birra Baladin si rifà alla volontà di Teo di unire i toni amaricati e agrumati delle arance amare con un nuovo malto tostato di nostra produzione. Il tutto accompagnato da luppoli perfetti per supportarli in modo deciso.Una birra che si presenta di colore rosso brunito e schiuma beige compatta. Al naso decise note di arancia candita, caramello tostato, resina e agrumi. In bocca evidenti toni di arancia amara, caramello, biscotto accompagnati da leggere note tostate. Sorprendente la beverinità nonostante un’evidente amaricatura e una lieve astringenza.
