FRESH

FRESH is all we’ve learnt during our journey towards super crisp, nicely sparkling and crushingly lush. An evolving idea of the perfect IPA that came to this. That’s fresh. This is FRESH. Gotta be fresh!

Well, it took os long enough. Still, what a ride it’s been. After no less than seventeen versions of our IPA series FRESH it has come to this; come full circle: FRESH, our new, yet very familiar, IPA. Over the different versions we’ve tried different malt bills, playing around with the pilsner malt or extra pale malt to rice ratio. We’ve tried a lot of hop combos. And, we’ve even messed around with fermentation and yeast. Now, we’re not saying that this is where it ends. There might still be versions of FRESH. However, this could be it. And, this is fresh.
