Delicious. Stone knows how to brew a beer that can age if cellared properly. Thanks josh r. And appointment head Hammy W. For being good beer connoisseurs. The pepper and cinnamon really shine through without over powering the overall flavor.

Smells like cinnamon gum to me. Kinda flat, slightly oxidized, sweet, not unpleasant, but the lack of carbonation and vegetal finish hurt.

Probably did not need 8 years in the cellar. Not bad, but definitely past its prime.

This was probably really good at some point, but it’s just over the hill now. Sour hints presumably from the barrel aging with heavy malt.
