Still a bit of tongue-stripping tart. Sadly 4 yrs in the bottle has muddled the layers, and eroded the magnificent cherry which was the...uh, cherry on top. And the nose has gone from mind-blowing to a muck of olive and moist mushy sightly rotten grain.
