Too much cinnamon. So many beers can’t balance cinnamon right it’s crazy. Very little banana and no vanilla. The bourbon certainly comes through and kinda burns with the cinnamon, so that doesn’t help the balance. I like it but I’m just disappointed.

Loads of cinnamon and banana aroma. Flavor is more toward cinnamon, maybe a hint of bourbon, some banana come through as well. Very tasty! @aboutbeverages

2018 Vintage, cellared 5 years - if you like cinnamon, you will love this beer. When you need a dash and a handful will do, cinnamon is the most prominent flavor even 5 years on. Brown sugar & caramel too with subtle banana. Solid base, needs balance.
