Peachricot was a dry-hopped sour fermented with Brett yeast. On this second attempt we failed to get any sourness, but still had a solid Brett fermentation. The result is a slightly sweet, floral hoppy beer that still has the grainy texture and flavor of a peach-apricot portmanteau. Show Less
