Don’t know that the dry hops comes through anymore, but this holds up great! Very authentic, cheesy nose. Lots of barrel and funk. I thought it was a bit sweet at first, but it has a grippy woodsy finish and the carb held up really well.

Happy CA Vivid Craft Beer Week! Miss you all! Nice Pajottenland sour aroma with its' funkiness and balanced tartness. Taste well balanced sour and with some aged hops not a la Iris. A really enjoyable sour from CA. Clean, dry and great.
