Still has some nice barley wine attributes. Most all the bourbon aroma is gone after 7 yrs. Lots of wood notes and hints of caramelized sugars

This was pretty tasty. Had a little age on it but aged very well. Very smooth with big sweet malt up front. Caramel/toffee note worked well w mildly sweet bourbon tones. Bourbon had some nice oak spice in finish. Rich and well rounded w no bite. Enjoyable
