The age of the Warlock has ended. (At least from a cellaring perspective for me) thankfully/surprisingly, cellaring doesn’t change the flavor all that much. It just as good as the ones on the shelf. So buy them. Buy them all. Cheers!

This bottle was aged just over a year and paired with Ron de Barrilito Two Star Rum. By itself, the beer got more chocolate and raisin notes. With the rum, the raisin was amplified with a strong smoky note. For a brief moment, it was like a 10 year Port!
